We are looking for a Strategic Lead to the CEO – a unique opportunity to act as a trusted sparring partner, supporting the CEO and Executive Management Team with strategy execution, market insights, and cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will gain direct exposure to top-level decision-making and play a central part in our growth journey.
What you will be doing
As Strategic Lead you will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the Executive Management Team. Your role is to combine sharp analysis with strong execution power, ensuring alignment and momentum on the company’s most important strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy execution and alignment
Act as the anchor for the company’s strategy process, ensuring yearly calibrations and continuous follow-up on key initiatives.
Facilitate alignment across executive leaders and functions, making sure everyone is moving in the same direction.
Ensure strategic ambitions are broken down into clear, actionable steps that drive progress across the organization.
Executive support and decision-making
Prepare high-quality board material, management reports, and decision materials for the CEO and Executive Management.
Be a sparring partner to the CEO on strategic and tactical topics, helping to structure complex issues into clear recommendations.
Participate in executive meetings, capture key actions, and ensure systematic follow-up.
Market and competitor analysis
Dive into market trends to provide insights that shape the company’s strategic direction.
Present clear, data-based recommendations to the CEO and executive team, highlighting opportunities for growth and risks to manage.
Project and change management
Lead cross-functional initiatives from the HQ, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outputs are delivered.
Drive internal change processes, helping the organization adapt and improve ways of working.
Build strong stakeholder engagement across functions and regions to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented.
Organizational change management
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve decision-making processes.
Ensure management has the right information at the right time to make well-informed decisions.

Job requirements
Who we’re looking for
We believe the right candidate brings a strong mix of education, experience, and drive:
You hold a master’s degree in business, finance, economics, law, or similar.
You bring 2–5 years of experience from management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role with exposure to management.
You have proven ability to prepare decision material and executive-level presentations.
You have strong analytical skills – able to structure complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
You are a strong communicator, verbally and in writing, who can engage stakeholders across functions and cultures.
You thrive in an international environment and are comfortable working at our HQ office in Fredericia.
You are ambitious, proactive, and curious – motivated by a steep learning curve and the opportunity to work closely with top management.
