If so, you could be the next Sales Manager at Global Wind Service.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to strengthen our presence in the European market for offshore wind turbine service and installation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing key international clients, helping us deliver tailored, high-value solutions in a fast-paced and growing industry.
You’ll report to the Head of Sales for Offshore and Service Sales and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery from proposal to execution. We are seeking candidates who are based in the Netherlands, Denmark or Germany as we expect that you’ll be working from our office location in Duiven, NL or Fredericia, DK with regular travel expected.

Your Role: Driving Sales Through Strong Partnership
As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in growing our offshore business by building trust-based relationships with key accounts and offering tailored solutions that meet their project needs.
You’ll work closely with both external stakeholders—such as project managers and procurement teams—and internal colleagues from Operations, Legal and Mobility .
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing your own portfolio of strategic clients
Acting as the go-to partner for supplying skilled technicians and full-scope service solutions
Leading contract negotiations and framework agreements, with a focus on hourly rate scopes
Preparing and coordinating large-scale tenders in collaboration with internal teams

Ensuring smooth handover from sales to operations and maintaining oversight on project performance
Contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes and customer satisfaction
You’ll have ownership of your accounts and be the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and delivery cycle. You can expect approximately 30–40 travel days per year to visit clients and project sites.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a commercial mindset, a structured approach, and a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships. You have experience in sales and preferably project management within the wind industry—or in a related technical or service sector.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
A background in business development, technical sales, or operational project delivery
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead tender and contract discussions
Experience with customer-facing roles in international settings
A proactive and structured work style, with attention to detail
Fluent in English at a professional level (written and spoken); other EU languages is a plus
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across functions and cultures
