About the role

As GWS continues to grow, we are strengthening our Electrical & High Voltage organisation with a dedicated Project Manager, HV. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, professional and timely delivery of HV projects across our global operations.

What you will be doing

In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of HV/electrical projects and ensure they are delivered according to contract, customer expectations and local regulations

• Manage customer relations and secure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

• Lead projects from planning and preparation to execution and final evaluation

• Plan manpower and HV equipment, ensuring the right resources at the right time

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including HV-specific technical documentation

• Stay connected with our teams on site and do site visits when required

• Monitor performance, follow up on progress and deliver accurate updates to customers

• Manage budgets, costs and commercial risks

• Adhere to electrical and HV safety requirements, procedures and best practice

• Work closely with internal HV specialists to ensure high technical standards and safe work activities

We offer

• A role with real impact on the success of our HV activities

• A chance to work in an international organisation with a clear purpose

• A competitive compensation package

• A culture built on responsibility, openness and continuous learning

• A team where we support each other and succeed together
