We are looking for a new person to join our Warehouse Team to be responsible for ensuring every team member has the right protective equipment, at the right time, to keep operations safe and efficient. About the role:
Reporting to our Head of Tools and Warehouse, you will become part of our Warehouse Team managing the delivery of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to various projects across Europe. We are preferably seeking an experienced PPE & Warehouse Coordinator, to assist in ensuring that all PPE and Warehouse operations are managed efficiently and in a safe manner from our Warehouse in Dobra (near Szczecin). The position will be responsible for packing and delivery of PPE orders, coordinating and receiving PPE requirement information from our Project Teams, conducting site inspections on PPE equipment and maintaining our planning systems. Visiting our project sites to perform inspections on PPE is part of the role – so there will be an element of travel as part of the role.
Job requirements
- Conduct regular PPE inspections in warehouse
- Responsible for packaging of shipment of equipment
- Planning and conducting site visits to perform PPE inspections
- Communicating with Project Managers regarding PPE/equipment/orders
- Registration of new equipment in Centix
- Preparing and maintaining project overviews for PPE and equipment
- Tracking missing equipment and following up on replacement needs
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized
- Supporting with workwear requests

Qualifications
- Ideally experience working within a Warehouse environment or in a Warehouse Management position
- Knowledge of PPE and PPE inspection
- Proactive attitude with strong communication skills
- Good verbal & written English skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
- Experience from wind turbines installation site(s) is preferable
- A structured, detailed-oriented mindset
- A reliable attitude
- Flexible & willing to visit various sites across Europe
