Job description

Global Wind Service is looking for a Lean Specialist to help improve planning, productivity and project execution across our global project portfolio. You will combine practical Lean expertise, site observations and performance data to identify better ways of working and help teams apply them across projects.

The role combines regular site visits with office-based and remote work, with approximately 75–100 days of international travel per year. During site visits, you will work directly with technicians, supervisors and project teams to understand operational challenges, learn from effective working methods and test practical improvements. Between visits, you will analyse findings, develop solutions and training materials, coach colleagues and follow up on implementation and results.

Supporting our 1,500 field-based colleagues, your focus will be on improvements that make a practical difference and can be sustained by local teams. Success means better productivity, greater consistency and more reliable delivery, while maintaining safety, quality and compliance with applicable OEM and customer requirements.

You bring practical Lean experience, drive, persistence and a structured approach. You build trust by listening, understanding operational challenges and helping teams find workable solutions. You communicate clearly and engage colleagues through hands-on coaching, presentations, online training and constructive follow-up.

Reporting to the Head of Lean@Site and acting as a key resource for Lean expertise, you will join a dedicated team focused on standardising processes, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Locations can be NL, DK & PL.
