The Role

At Global Wind Service, we are currently looking to appoint a HR Business Partner for one of our Divisions.

As a trusted advisor for the Division, you will be working closely with the Divisional Director and divisional stakeholders on strategic HR initiatives, People Development, Talent Management, engagement, recruitment, and the continuous development of the Division.


Become a part of our HR team

With a direct reference to our Head of HR Business Partnering, you will become part of a professional global HR Business Partnering team managing various HR-related processes, focusing on activities and strategies to enhance employee engagement as well as developing and retaining talents within our organization.

In this position, you will be one of four HR Business Partners, each dedicated to specific divisions (Onshore, Offshore, Service, Blades) within a global context. You will interact closely and have regular conversations with the other HR Business partners across different divisions daily to ensure effective communication across divisions.

The role will ideally be based on our HQ Fredericia, Denmark.

Responsibilities

  • To support and sparring to people leaders, acting as a trusted advisor
  • To support leadership and have ownership of driving strategic HR initiatives for the Division
  • To drive recruitment process of new Talent into the Divisional back-office team
  • To create professional development career path for the Leadership Team
  • To support with training and development opportunities and plans
  • To develop Succession Plans within your division
  • To develop the initiative agenda, strategies, policies, and practices within the division in line with the global HR Agenda
  • To engage with various stakeholders within the business, including management at all levels
  • To assist key stakeholders to initiate Divisional and HR related activities
  • To provide a consultancy service to the Division
  • To help local HR in ad-hoc tasks relating to mobility, compliance, onboarding, and recruitment

Your profile

Ideally, you:

  • Have HR Business Partnering Experience within a matrix organization
  • Have strong business acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Can understand business needs and propose adequate solutions
  • Have exceptional listening skills while working with people leaders
  • Have ability to form trusted working relationships with your key stakeholders
  • Have ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure with multiple priorities and with time-sensitive deadlines
  • Have respect for other cultures and can interpret diversity at all levels
  • Work independently in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
  • Are cooperative, collaborative, and communicative at all levels.
  • Are proactive, flexible, focused and highly motivated
  • Possess IT skills with good understanding of IT systems
