Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT) courses, adhering to the GWO standards.

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to both new and experienced technicians.

• Assess and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback.

• Stay updated with the latest industry practices and GWO standards.

• Collaborate with the training team to continually improve training materials and methods.

Qualifications:

• Technical Background: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the wind industry, specifically in technical roles such as wind turbine technician or engineer.

• GWO Certification: Certified GWO Instructor, or willingness to obtain certification.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the technical aspects of wind turbine operation and maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Pedagogical Skills: Experience in teaching or training, with strong instructional abilities, would be beneficial.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively teach and mentor trainees. Most courses are conducted in English, therefore B2-C1 language skills in English are a must have.

• Safety Commitment: Strong understanding of safety standards and practices in the wind industry, ensuring all training aligns with GWO safety requirements.
