Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a team-player who wants to join the GWS in Poland to face the invoices, bills, scales and other challenges of finances, on the position of a Finance Accountant. You will work under limited supervision, cooperate with team of professionals and take responsibility for Your work.
Your responsibilities
Processing purchase documents - including verification
Business trips and employee expenses management
Providing bank payments
Resolving purchase and expense issues
Issuing invoices based on info provided
Working with ERP system and with other office software
And many more if you wish to develop in any finance area
Job requirements
Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
Accounting knowledge based on your education or previous employment
Good English - you will use it on daily basis
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
Experience in using ERP accounting systems
Willingness to learn and develop already gained skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build good relationship
