Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a team-player who wants to join the GWS in Poland to face the invoices, bills, scales and other challenges of finances, on the position of a Finance Accountant. You will work under limited supervision, cooperate with team of professionals and take responsibility for Your work.

Your responsibilities

  • Processing purchase documents - including verification

  • Business trips and employee expenses management

  • Providing bank payments

  • Resolving purchase and expense issues

  • Issuing invoices based on info provided

  • Working with ERP system and with other office software

  • And many more if you wish to develop in any finance area

Job requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage

  • Accounting knowledge based on your education or previous employment

  • Good English - you will use it on daily basis

  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel

  • Experience in using ERP accounting systems

  • Willingness to learn and develop already gained skills

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build good relationship
