Your strategic understanding will drive the rolling update of our 3-year strategy, and your structured way of working and professionalism will ensure that we deliver on the strategic commitments made.

What you will be doing

As the Executive Assistant, you'll be working and reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the CEO and the executive management team to develop and deliver on the company strategy. You will also support the CEO with concrete tasks related to strategic and tactical challenges, opportunities and stakeholder communication.

Strategy development and implementation:

  • Be the anchor of the company strategy process by driving yearly strategy calibration and ongoing follow-up on the strategic initiatives with the executive management team.

  • Facilitate strategic alignment across functions and department heads within the organization.

  • Drive change through rigorous follow-up on strategy delivery.

  • Bringing the strategy to life through targeted communication developed with the Marketing and Communication team.

Board and Executive Management:

  • Be the architect behind and develop high-quality board presentations and communication.

  • Preparation of executive management meetings including preparation of business cases and decision material.

  • Participation in executive management meetings capturing notes and actions for follow-up.

Internal Change Management and Efficiency:

  • Internal change manager for strategic or business-critical projects focusing on clear business cases or project purpose and rigorous follow-up on timelines, budgets and project output.

  • Drive change management through internal change processes.

  • Bridge functions through involvement and engagement of the stakeholders and functions involved in the given projects.

  • Take full charge and ownership of the assigned projects.

  • Streamline internal reporting and ways of working to improve organizational efficiency.

Market Outlook and Analysis:

  • To dive into market analysis and identify business and growth opportunities.

  • Provide insights and guidance on industry trends and competitive positioning.

Job requirements

What makes you the right candidate

We believe the right candidate will bring a strong combination of education, experience, and drive:

  • You hold a master’s degree from a business school (MSc) with good results. Financial, Commercial or legal degree preferred but not required.

  • You have 2-5 years of experience from a similar role or as business consultant with focus on strategy development and deployment.

  • You have a proven track record demonstrating concrete achievements in previous roles.

  • You are a strong communicator in writing and verbally, which makes it natural for you to convey reason and strategic direction with great strength.

  • You can communicate complex things simply.

  • You work analytically and with facts to substantiate your work and communication

  • You have delivered strong and tangible materials for board and executive forums

  • You are result-driven by nature and want to win. You want to get things done with your high drive and persistence, but without compromising being a team player.

  • You are comfortable navigating and delivering results in a global and complex company.

  • You are curious to learn by nature and thrive getting responsibility and enjoy a steep learning curve.
