Define simplify and standardize add-ons for special working conditions, such as offshore work, night and weekend shifts, team leader responsibilities, and cross-border roles. Set clear criteria for eligibility and consistent application across countries and projects.
Total reward transparency
Link and quantify the value of all reward elements – including non-monetary benefits – and support the creation of dashboards and visual tools (e.g. Power BI) that enable simple comparisons across countries, roles, and levels.

What you bring
3–5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Reward.
A track record of working in international settings or a larger matrix organization – ideally with blue-collar or technical roles.
Strong analytical and structuring skills – with the ability to simplify complexity.
Proficiency in English – written and spoken.
Familiarity with the EU Pay Transparency Directive is an advantage but not required.
A self-driven way of working and an active stakeholder approach.
What we offer
A high-impact project where your work will shape how we compensate and recognize technical talent globally.
